CAD Preview: We create a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) of your piece and share it for your approval. Any changes you need can be made until it matches exactly what you envisioned.
Making Your Jewelry: After your approval, we carefully cut and polish the Moissanite diamond and begin handcrafting your custom piece with attention to every detail.
Final Review & Shipping: Once complete, we’ll send you photos and videos of your finished jewelry. Then, your custom piece is shipped safely via an international courier.
✧ Absolutely! Many of our pieces can be personalized to reflect your unique style. You can, for example, replace Moissanite with Diamonds, Sapphires, or Emeralds, or change the prong setting from classic to claw. Minor adjustments usually come with a small extra fee.
For larger modifications—such as combining two designs, resizing stones, adding or removing elements, or creating a piece based on a reference image—additional charges may apply, and the design may be considered a fully custom creation at the discretion of our designers.

✧ Yes, cancellations are allowed within 48 hours of placing your order since the creation process starts shortly after. If you request cancellation after 48 hours, we can still assist, but a 10% fee will be charged to cover manufacturing and restocking costs.

Final Payment (30%) – The remaining balance is due before shipping. Once your jewelry is ready, we’ll share images and videos for your approval, then ship it to you via express courier.
